THE EXTREME CROQUETTE (KAGEKI KOROKE)
Where excellence meets craftsmanship.
THE ORIGINS.
Established in 1918 by the Nitto family and presently overseen by third-generation owner Chef Shigeru Nitta, the legacy endures. The Kobe Beef Extreme Croquette is a one-of-a-kind.
Chef Nitta’s father diligently monitored the Kobe beef from calfhood, personally inspecting the cow farms to prevent counterfeiting—a tradition that persists to this day.
Since inception, ensuring quality and maintaining assurance has been paramount. This tradition remains unwavering, resonating through the present era.
PRESENT DAY.
To date, the Extreme Croquette, also known as Kageki Koroke in Japanese, upholds its original values. We meticulously select meats exclusively from cows within the Hyogo Prefecture of Japan, ensuring that only the finest Kobe beef is used in crafting our Extreme Croquettes.
It’s important to note that our Croquettes are not made of Japanese Wagyu, a lesser quality of meat. However, for those seeking a more traditional option, a regular Wagyu Croquette is available for purchase.
